:bulletred:Littering
Please ensure that you keep litter to a minimum, if you have any rubbish please put it in a bag or a bin. And ensure that if you do put it in a bag that that bag goes into a bin when it is full.

:bulletred:Behaviour
Please treat other people with respect and try and avoid bad language. If a discussion turns into an argument be the better person and end it before it causes any unwanted drama. Don't harass anyone;  if someone is uncomfortable with being hugged please respect that and don't do it. This includes swearing, we do have minors. We understand that swearing can be an in character thing but please keep it to a minimum (Preferably not at all)

:bulletred:Minors
As we have quite a few people under the age of 16 attending the meet, please remember to act appropriately around them and the rest of the group.

:bulletred:Cosplay
Even in the light of being historically accurate please avoid wearing Nazi or even Red Army uniforms or armbands/paraphernalia, other people who are not cosplayers will see them and such parts are not appropriate.

Iron Crosses also have the same problem, IF someone does find your iron cross offensive please don't argue with them and hide it in some way. We're not saying that you can't wear them, but please if you are not around the group, try to hide it some way to that is doesn't cause any problems.

:bulletwhite:Props
Props are fun additions to cosplays, but please ensure they are safe to do so. No live swords or blades. No real guns obviously, prop or toy guns are fine and in the case of bb or cap guns NO AMMO. We're not going to say no to metal or wooden props, but if you must bring them be careful with them.

DO NOT TOUCH OTHER PEOPLES PROPS! This is everything from weapons to flags to hats to stuffed animals. If it doesn't belong to you leave it alone! You may ask the owner if you can hold it... only if they say yes can you even consider picking it up. Weapons are exceptions to this, please do not under any circumstance take someone elses weapons be it a sword, gun, Russia's metal pipe or Hungary's pan or Poland's crop/whip

This also includes the regular lightsabers! You are allowed to use them with his permission BUT! Just because you are allowed to use them does not mean you run round beating each other up with them with all your strenght. Treat them with respect and restraint, they ARE a prop! They WILL break!!

:bulletwhite:Lightsaber fights/duels

THIS IS NOW BANNED!

If we see this happening, we will confiscate the lightsabers until the end of the meet, at which point we will return them to the owner.

Lightsabers are only to be used as a prop in photos. If they are used in any other way they WILL BE CONFISCATED!!

:bulletwhite:Possesions
Please do not leave you bags unattended! In Sackville Park there are 3 stone triangle shapes where we tend to leave out bags. Please do not leave them on the two closes to the entance (by Canal street) to the Park! Leave them all on and around the third one (Not sure, then ask Either Luna/Canada or Dusk(Belarus/Fem!England)

There is another point to this! If people leave thier bags there and you are the last few people there and you are thinking of moving away from the stone triangle DON'T! Please do not leave it completely unattended! If you don't want to stand there but you're the last person/people there then try to catch one of the organizers! (So yes you can leave you bag there and wander away, just do check back every so often and check your things)

(Sackville Park will be our main place for hosting we will notify everyone as we start off the meet of where the bag 'safety zone' will be if we are in a new area)

Due to the recent thefts, we are going to be ever vigulant in bag guarding, leave no less then 4 people to the bag 'safety zone' That way you are not alone and if something looks suspisous instantly call Dusk(Belarus/FemEngland) or Luna (Canada)!!

:bulletgreen:Flags
Please treat all the flags with respect as they are the symbols of the country they represent. Do not use them as blankets or to sit on. Ensure that you don't leave them to be stood on or left on the ground.

:bulletgreen:The General Public
Don't interfere or harass any passersby, not many people are going to like a bunch of cosplayers talking to them if they don't want to be spoken to. If they seem interested that is fine, but be wary of the minors talking to strangers. If there is a problem with someone not part of the group speak to Dusk(Belarus) or Luna(Canada) immediately, do not try and deal with it without the organisers.

:bulletgreen:Smoking and Alcohol
No Alcohol, street drinking is illegal. Smoking please keep to a minimum, if you must have a cigarette, please do so away from the main group and away from the minors of the group especially..... and me and Dusk and anyone else who may have asthma...

:bulletgreen:Going into town
If you wish to go into the centre of Manchester, please inform Dusk(Belarus) or Luna(Canada) and exchange phone numbers; if for any reason we have to move from the park you will be able to find us again. Please do not head into town alone, minimum of 2 people to a group and a maximum of 6. If you must leave as a larger group please do not go into shops all at once, big groups are disliked by shop owners and will probably prevent future cosplayers entering shops (I know it sounds crazy... but it can and has happened)

The organisers of this event and Dusk reserve the right to ask you to leave the meet if they believe that rules are being disregarded. Please don't make us do this though.

Over all just be nice and respect to each other. Look out for one another; and most of all have fun.
